AFTA CALENDAR

The Academy for the Arts is open Monday - Friday for regular lessons while in session.

Office business hours are:
Monday - Thursday, 10 am - 6 pm

Friday, by appointment 

2025 Terms

• Spring Semester: January 6 - May 23 (Lessons on all instruments for all ages)

• Summer 1 Session: June 2 - 27 (Lessons on all instruments for all ages)

• Summer 2 Session: July 7 - 31 (Lessons on all instruments for all ages) 

• Fall Semester: August 18 - December 19 (Lessons on all instruments for all ages)

AFTA Closures for Lessons

The Academy for the Arts is closed for lessons on the following days:

• Martin Luther King, Jr. Day (3rd Monday in January)

• Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)

• Independence Day Week (June 30 - July 4, 2025)

• Two Weeks between Summer 2 Session and Fall Semester (August 1 - 15, 2025)

• Labor Day (1st Monday in September)

• Thanksgiving Holiday (4th Thursday in November and Friday after)

• Two Weeks between Fall and Spring Semesters (December 22, 2025 - January 2, 2026)
